The first words of a young man awoke from a coma after trhee monts

Trevor Sullivan received a heart transplant on 13 November. His first moments after waking up from surgery were captured on video by her parents, who have posted pictures on a Facebook page.

"I've waited so long. I'm so happy," said the young

"I've waited so long. I'm so happy," she said 15 year old with his hoarse voice as he thrilled with joy. "I can breathe again and I can talk," he said surprised.

When asked how he felt, Trevor said: "Incredible, just incredible." Trevor's father, Phillip Sullivan, said his son was discharged a week and a half later surgery, the day before Thanksgiving.

"He's doing very well," he told TODAY.com about his son, who is recovering at home.
